The form consists of two parts: the Child Support Computation Form and the Net Income Calculation. There are two types of Wyoming CAMP 11. Child Support Computation Form & Net Income Calculation: the Wyoming CAMP 11-A and the Wyoming CAMP 11-B. The Wyoming CAMP 11-A is used when the parent's net income is already known, while the Wyoming CAMP 11-B is used when the parent's net income needs to be determined.
