Wyoming CAMP 14. Affidavit of Petitioner in Support of Default is a document used in Wyoming courts to support a petitioner's motion for default judgment. It can be used in any court action including divorce, debt collection, and foreclosure proceedings. The affidavit must be completed and signed by the petitioner or their attorney and must include detailed information about the petitioner, the other party, the cause of action, and the relief requested. The affidavit must also contain evidence that the other party has been properly served with the summons and complaint and that they have failed to respond or appear as required. The affidavit must be accompanied by a valid certificate of service and a copy of the summons and complaint. There are two types of Wyoming CAMP 14. Affidavit of Petitioner in Support of Default: the Limited Affidavit and the Full Affidavit. The Limited Affidavit is generally used when the petitioner is claiming relief of an amount of $10,000 or less. The Full Affidavit is used when the petitioner is claiming relief of an amount greater than $10,000.
