Wyoming CAMP 18 is a court order setting modification trial and requiring pretrial statements. It is a form of dispute resolution for civil cases that is utilized by the Wyoming Circuit Court and is referred to as a civil settlement conference. This type of trial process is designed to facilitate settlements by providing a neutral setting for parties to negotiate and resolve their disputes. The Wyoming CAMP 18 Order requires that the parties file a Joint Pretrial Statement, which includes a statement of the issues in dispute, the legal and factual basis of the claims, and any proposed settlement terms. The Order also requires that the parties submit their own individual Pretrial Statements. The Order sets a date for the trial and requires that all parties appear in a court of law. If the parties reach a settlement agreement, the Order requires that it be reduced to writing and signed by all parties. There are two types of Wyoming CAMP 18 Order Setting Modification Trial and Requiring Pretrial Statements: the Standard Order and the Joint Pretrial Statement Order.
