The Wyoming EC VSP 18. Affidavit for Establishment of Custody, Visitation, and Child Support Without Appearance of Parties is a legal document that is used by the courts to allow one or both parties to file for a custody, visitation, and/or child support order without appearing in court. This document can be used in cases where the parties are unable to come to a resolution on their own and must be done in accordance with the Wyoming statutes. It is important to note that this document is only valid if both parties agree to the terms set forth in it and sign off on it. There are two types of Wyoming EC VSP 18. Affidavit for Establishment of Custody, Visitation, and Child Support Without Appearance of Parties: one for joint custody and one for sole custody. The joint custody version requires both parties to agree to the terms of the order while the sole custody version requires only one party to agree. Both versions require the parties to provide detailed information about the child or children, including their age, residence, and schooling. Additionally, the parties must provide a description of the proposed custody arrangement, visitation schedule, and child support agreement.
