Wyoming EC VSP 23. Order Establishing Custody, Visitation, and Child Support is a court order issued by the Wyoming District Court that outlines the rights and responsibilities of parents regarding custody, visitation, and child support. This order is an important document for parents seeking to protect their legal rights and those of their children. The order is based upon the Wyoming Uniform Child Custody Jurisdiction and Enforcement Act (McCrea) and incorporates all the relevant federal and state laws. There are two types of Wyoming EC VSP 23. Order Establishing Custody, Visitation, and Child Support: a Temporary Order, which is granted by the court to provide temporary relief pending a final hearing; and a Final Order, which is the formal court order that is entered after a trial or hearing has been held. The final order is generally the binding agreement between the parties and is enforceable by the court. Both orders may include provisions regarding custody, visitation, child support, and other matters related to the parenting of the child.
