Wyoming EC VSR 11. Pretrial Disclosures are documents that are exchanged between parties prior to a civil trial. Such documents include pleadings, answers, notices, interrogatories, depositions, and other forms of discovery. The purpose of the Wyoming EC VSR 11. Pretrial Disclosures is to provide both parties with a chance to review and understand the claims and defenses that will be presented in court. There are three types of Wyoming EC VSR 11. Pretrial Disclosures: initial disclosures, reciprocal disclosures, and supplemental disclosures. Initial disclosures are the documents which each party must provide to the other without request. Reciprocal disclosures are documents which must be exchanged between parties in response to a request. Supplemental disclosures are documents that must be exchanged when a party discovers additional information that is not covered by the initial or reciprocal disclosures.
