Wyoming MCP 8. Consent to Guardianship or Nomination of a Guardian by a Minor is a legal document used in the state of Wyoming to grant guardianship or the nomination of a guardian to a minor. This document can be used by a minor, who is at least 14 years of age, to appoint a guardian to care for them in the event the minor is unable to make decisions for themselves. It is also used when a minor wishes to nominate a guardian to act in their stead if the minor becomes incapacitated. This document is typically used in cases of death or disability of a parent or legal guardian. There are two types of Wyoming MCP 8. Consent to Guardianship or Nomination of a Guardian by a Minor. The first type is a Consent to Guardianship, which is used when a minor wishes to appoint a guardian to care for them, make decisions on their behalf, and manage their affairs. The second type is a Nomination of a Guardian, which is used when a minor wishes to nominate a guardian in the event that the minor becomes incapacitated.
