The Wyoming Electronic Case Filing (ECF) Registration Form is a document that must be completed by attorneys, self-represented parties, and court personnel in order to gain access to the Wyoming federal courts’ electronic filing system. The form allows applicants to register for a free ECF account, which provides access to court documents and other information. There are two types of Wyoming ECF Registration Form: the Attorney Registration Form and the Non-Attorney Registration Form. The Attorney Registration Form is required for attorneys who wish to register to electronically file documents with the court. The Non-Attorney Registration Form is for self-represented parties and court personnel who wish to gain access to the electronic filing system. Both forms require applicants to provide personal information such as name, address, phone number, and bar number (for attorneys). Once the form is completed and submitted, applicants will receive a notice of approval or denial.
