The Wyoming Discovery Protocols for Employment Law Cases (posted 4/6/2017) is a set of rules and procedures that guide the discovery process for employment law cases in Wyoming. The protocols are designed to promote an efficient, cost-effective, and timely exchange of information between the parties involved in the case. The protocols cover topics such as document production, electronic discovery, depositions, interrogatories, requests for admission, and other related matters. There are three different types of Wyoming Discovery Protocols for Employment Law Cases (posted 4/6/2017): (1) General Discovery Protocols, (2) Limited Discovery Protocols, and (3) Interrogatories with Request for Production of Documents. The General Discovery Protocols are applicable to all cases, while the Limited Discovery Protocols are intended to be used in cases involving more limited discovery and the Interrogatories with Request for Production of Documents are used in cases involving extensive discovery.
