Wyoming Order Denying Domestic Violence Protection Order is a court order issued by a Wyoming court when a plaintiff has requested a Domestic Violence Protection Order (DVP) but the court has determined that the plaintiff does not meet the requirements for receiving such an order. A DVP is a civil court order that requires a person to stop abusing, threatening, or harassing another person. This type of order is available in Wyoming when a person is in fear of imminent physical harm or has experienced actual physical harm from a family or household member. There are two types of Wyoming Order Denying Domestic Violence Protection Order: an Ex Parte Order Denying Domestic Violence Protection Order and an Order Denying Domestic Violence Protection Order After Hearing.
