Application For Admission To The Wyoming State Bar is an online application process developed by the Wyoming State Bar for attorneys who wish to be admitted to the Bar and practice law in the state of Wyoming. The application includes an online form, an application fee, a signed original letter of intent, and a signed original oath of admission. Attorneys must also submit proof of their legal education, references, and other required documents. There are two types of Application For Admission To The Wyoming State Bar: Regular Admission and Admission by Waiver. The Regular Admission process requires applicants to take the Wyoming Bar Exam and pass the Character and Fitness evaluation by the Board of Bar Examiners. Admission by Waiver is available to attorneys who have practiced law in another state or territory of the United States for at least five of the last seven years, and who have completed a Wyoming Bar Exam review course.
