Wyoming TG MCM 4. Summons and Return is an automated process that allows an individual to be served with a summons and/or complaint electronically. This process is designed to streamline the traditional process of service of process and to save time and money. In Wyoming, the TG MCM 4. Summons and Return process is used to serve individuals with summons and complaints in civil cases. There are two types of Wyoming TG MCM 4. Summons and Return: Electronic Summons and Return and Traditional Summons and Return. The Electronic Summons and Return process allows an individual to be served a summons and/or complaint via e-mail. Once an individual receives the summons and/or complaint, they have seven days to respond. If the individual does not respond within the seven-day period, the court may deem the individual to be in default. The Traditional Summons and Return process requires a process server to serve the individual with the summons and/or complaint in person or through an alternative method, such as certified mail. The individual then has twenty days to respond. If the individual does not respond within the twenty-day period, the court may deem the individual to be in default.
