The Wyoming UCC E-Filing System Agreement is an agreement between the Wyoming Secretary of State and entities that wish to use the Wyoming UCC E-Filing System for the filing of Uniform Commercial Code (UCC) documents. The Wyoming UCC E-Filing System allows users to securely submit and access UCC documents online. This agreement outlines the terms and conditions of use for the system, including the responsibilities of the user, the fees associated with using the system, and the procedures for filing documents. Wyoming offers two different types of UCC E-Filing System Agreements: one for individuals, and one for businesses. The individual agreement is designed for individuals who wish to file UCC documents on their own behalf, such as a debtor's filing of a financing statement. The business agreement is designed for businesses who wish to file UCC documents on behalf of other entities, such as a secured party filing a lien. Both agreements include the same terms and conditions, except the fee structure.
