Place a tape measure or ruler into the deepest area of the depression. DO NOT measure into the mattress's stitching. Take one close-?up photo, showing the measurement clearly. Take one photo from a distance, including the measurement and as much of the surface of the mattress as best you can.

The law tag is a large, white tag that is usually located by the head or foot of the mattress on the underside. Serial number, product name, and other details can be found on this tag and can be useful for registration, warranties, or finding something similar to a product you love.

Your new Tempur-Pedic® mattress and flat foundation are covered by a 10-Year Full Replacement Limited Warranty. For 10 years after you purchase your new mattress or foundation from Tempur-Pedic or an authorized Tempur-Pedic Retailer, when it has a defect covered under the warranty, we will replace or repair it.

Remove the mattress from the box spring and press down against the springs to determine if any of the coils have collapsed, are broken or are protruding. If you have a foundation, feel along the wood slats to determine if any are broken or cracked. Take a picture of the box spring or foundation showing any fault.

If you do not have your original purchase receipt and you did not purchase directly from Tempur-Pedic, you may upload a bank statement, credit card statement, financing statement, or cancelled check.
