Add Comment Text For Free

Word won't allow you to add comments to text within a text box, as you can to regular text in your document. If you absolutely must have comments in your text boxes, there are two possible solutions. The first is to work around it by just adding hidden text in the text box.

Insert a comment Select the text you want to comment on, or click at the end of the text. On the Review tab, click New Comment. Type your comment. Word shows your comment in a balloon in the document's margin.

Add the comment and therapists to the selected text. Click the Review tab. In the Comments group, click the New Comment button. Type and therapists.

Select the Review tab in the Ribbon. In the Tracking group, make sure that Comments is checked in the Show Markup menu. See Figure 10 below.
