Format the footnotes by placing the title of the reference cited first, in quotes, with a comma, followed by source with a comma and date, page number, and ending with a period. Include the full URL address if appropriate. (For example, "Man Bites Dog," Canine Times, May 8, 2008, C6.)

Provide the name of the group that released the press release as the author. Include the description Press release in square brackets after the title of the press release. When the author and the publisher of the press release are the same, omit the publisher to avoid repetition, as shown in the example.
