Add Mark Document For Free

On the Review tab, go to Tracking and select Show Markup. Do one of the following: Select the type of change that you want to display. For example, select Comments, Insertions and Deletions, or Formatting. The check mark next to the item indicates that the item is selected.

Open the document you want to mark as final, click "File" and then select "Info" from the left pane. Click the "Protect Document" button and then choose "Mark as Final" from the menu. Click "OK" when Word warns you that the document will be marked as final and then saved. The Save As window is displayed automatically.

Open a document in Word if one is not already open; it can be a blank one. Click the Review Tab. Select "All Markup" from the pulldown menu that's to the right of the Track Changes button. Right-click each potential change to accept or reject it.

Choose Tools > Comment. Draw in the PDF: To edit or resize the markup, select it and drag one of the handles to make your adjustments. To add a pop-up note to the markup, select the Hand tool, and double-click the markup. (Optional) Click the close button in the pop-up note.

Open your PDF document. Switch to Edit Mode. Wait for the Edit toolbar to appear. Select the Text Box icon. Click on the page that you want to add the Text Box. Remove place-holding text and enter desired text in the box.

The markup area appears whenever a document features comments, but its appearance is controlled by settings on the Review tab. To hide the markup area, click the Review tab. In the Tracking group, click the Display for Review button, shown here.

In the Publish as PDF or XPS dialog box, click the Options button in the bottom right area. In the Options dialog, under the "Publish what" heading, change the option from "Document showing markup" to "Document".
