If all text is smaller than expected, perhaps you need to change the zoom. You can drag the Zoom Slider at the bottom right of the Word window.

Find the "Review" tab, select the "Tracking" group, and click on "Show Markup". Rest your pointer on Balloons, and then select "Show All Revisions inline" to display comments inline and deletions with strikethroughs. Rest your pointer on a comment inside the document. The comment will appear in a ScreenTip.

Open the document that you want to edit. On the Review tab, under Tracking, select the Track Changes switch to turn on track changes.

Click the Review tab and click Next on the Comments group to advance from one comment to the next. To remove a comment, you must delete it. Click the Review tab >Delete to delete the comment that is highlighted, or click on the Delete down arrow, and click Delete or Delete All Comments in Document.

To resolve a comment, chose the comment you want to resolve. Select the Review tab on the ribbon. Select the Resolve button. Comments can also be resolved by right-clicking them and selecting Resolve Comment from the contextual menu.

If you've posted a comment on your own or someone else's post, just select the three dots to the right of your comment and select Delete from the pull-down menu. Whenever you delete a comment or a post, you'll need to select Delete again on a confirmation message that asks if you're sure you want to delete.

Go to find Comment Text and move cursor over it. When you see the upside-down triangle button on the style name, click it. And choose Modify. Now in Modify Style box, change the style formatting and click OK to save the change.

To remove comments, check or select Comments, Revisions, and Versions. Click Inspect. Remove All appears to the right of any of the options with items that can be removed. Click Remove All beside All Comments, Revisions, and Versions (this cannot be undone).
