Manage multiple signaturesOpen Gmail.At the top right, click Settings. See all settings.Under "General," scroll to "Signature" and click the signature you want to edit.Use the text box to make your changes. To change the signature name, click Edit .At the bottom, click Save Changes.

To type your signature, type your name. Then, click the Change Style dropdown menu to change the style to a different handwriting font (Figure C). Make sure the option to Save Signature is checked if you wish to store this signature. Click Apply.

To specify the font and size , select the text you want to change and go to Format > Font from the menubar or adjust the font and size in the menu bar above the editor.

Press "Ctrl" and "A" to highlight all the signature text you just typed. Click "Format" from the toolbar at the top of the window. Use the various options to format your text. Click "Font" to select the font style to use, select "Size" to pick the font size and select "Style" to make your text bold or italicized.

Go to the Signatures tab. Highlight the signature you want to edit. You have several options for formatting the text in the right window: To assign a font, select Format Show Fonts from the menu and select the desired font.
