Process: Go to General ledger > Inquiries and reports > Voucher transactions. Filter the voucher number / numbers for which the description is to be updated. A new tab "Edit voucher" will be available with below drop down menu. Click on "Edit internal voucher data".

Go to General ledger > Inquiries and reports > Voucher transactions. In the SysQuery dialog box, enter search criteria to select vouchers. Select the lines for the vouchers that you want to edit, and then select Edit voucher > Edit internal voucher data.

To access the Save voucher window, navigate to General ledger | Journal entries | General journal, then select Posted transactions, and click Lines. In the voucher line, select Functions and select Save voucher template. Then select a posted transaction to be saved.

This procedure shows how to use the Voucher transactions inquiry to search for journal entries or transactions. Go to General ledger > Inquiries and reports > Voucher transactions. Select the field for which you want to define a filter criteria. Enter your filter critieria for the selected field.

Go to General ledger > Journal entries > General journals. On the Action pane, click New. This procedure starts by creating and posting a journal voucher, but any previously posted journal voucher can be saved as a template. In the Name field, click the drop-down button to open the lookup.
