Alter Number Notification For Free

"Hello, I hope this message finds you well. I just wanted to let you know that I have recently changed my cell phone number. My new number is [insert new number here]. Please update your contact information ingly, and feel free to contact me at this number anytime.

When you change your number on WhatsApp, WhatsApp posts a notification: "1234567890 (i.e. your current number) changed to 0987654321(your new number)". WhatsApp doesn't store all your chats in its server. So, it posts this notification only in those chats that still appear in you WhatsApp.

Tap a contact, tap Share Contact, then choose a method for sending the contact information. Sharing the contact sends all of the info from the contact's card.

Provide greater proof that you're not some scammer or bot blasting out a message; write something like ?Hi everyone, I'm XYZ from TopCorp; this is to inform you that my number is being changed from 12345678 to?etc.?

Your existing messages will not be deleted, and if you switch to a new number or an email address, you will continue being able to send/receive messages.

You can choose whether you want your contacts to be notified about your phone number change. Your group chats will be notified when you change your phone number regardless of whether you choose to notify your contacts. We recommend informing your contacts about your new phone number before changing phone numbers.

You tell them. If you don't want to text or call them from your new number without warning tell them in person or from a messaging service/ social account you have and they know is yours. Usually through social media, or message everyone from your old number telling everyone to save your new number. Simple as that.

First, press-and-hold on the persistent notification you want to remove. Another option is to swipe the notification left or right, and then tap on the cogwheel icon shown next to it. Next, tap on the switch next to Permanent to disable it, and then press Save.

Turn notifications on or offOn your Android phone or tablet, open the Google app .At the top right, tap your Profile picture or initial Settings Notifications. Notifications.Decide which notifications you want to turn on or off: All: At the top, turn All Google notifications on or off.

You can also access this option by going to settings by swiping down twice from the top of your display and tapping on the cogwheel. Or, you can open the settings app like you normally would. Once you're in Settings, go to Apps & Notifications > Notifications > Allow notifications dots and toggle off the option.
