Move a page break Click the worksheet that you want to modify. On the View tab, in the Workbook Views group, click Page Break Preview. on the status bar. To move a page break, drag the page break to a new location.

Remove a page break from a Word documentOn the Home tab, in the Paragraph group, click Show/Hide to show all formatting marks including page breaks.Double-click the page break to select it, then press Delete.Click Show/Hide again to hide the remaining formatting marks in the document.

Click in the section that now starts with a Next Page break that you want to change back to Continuous. From the OS X menu at the top of your screen, choose Format>Document. Select the Layout pane. Change the Section start: dropdown to Continuous, then OK out.

Word automatically adds page breaks when add more content than can fit on one page, but sometimes you'll want to add a break somewhere else -- for example, if you're creating a new section in a long document or you want to create more space around an image or chart.

Choose the Home tab if it isn't already selected for your document. Select Show/Hide ¶ to show the section breaks in your document. Click the area just before the section break you want to remove, then hit the Delete key.

Go to Layout > Breaks > Page.Click or tap in the document where you want a page break.Go to Insert > Page Break.

Go to File > Page Setup on the menu. Click the Layout tab. In the Section start drop-down list, select the type of section you want to change it to ('New page' is the same as 'Next page' under Insert > Break). Click OK.
