Sometimes, Word won't let you delete a page break.If you need to delete a page break, you must turn off Track Changes, delete the break (make sure you're in Normal view), and enable Track Changes when you're done.

Insert a page breakClick the worksheet that you want to print.On the View tab, in the Workbook Views group, click Page Break Preview. You can also click Page Break Preview.Do one of the following:On the Page Layout tab, in the Page Setup group, click Breaks.Click Insert Page Break.

To do this, we would click on cell A17, the first cell for Region 2. Next, we click on the Page Layout tab. Then, in the Page Setup section, click the Breaks icon and select Insert Page Break from the drop-down list. The result is a line between rows 16 and 17.

Select the row that is underneath the row where you want the page to break. Select the column that is to the right of the column where you want the page to break. On the Page Layout tab, in the Page Setup group, click Breaks, and then click Insert Page Break.

To remove a page break you added in manually, click the Home tab. Click Show/Hide ¶ to display the page breaks in your document. Find the manual page break you want to remove and double click the page break to highlight it. Finally, hit the Delete or Backspace key to remove it.

Note: When you move an automatic page break, it changes to a manual page break. Manual page breaks are not adjusted automatically.

You cannot delete manual page breaks when Track Changes is turned on. To turn off Track Changes: Go to the Review tab in the Ribbon. Click Track Changes > Track Changes in the Tracking group.
