Dynamic Forms in Salesforce comes along with a new standard Lightning Component called 'Field Section. ' You can add that component to the page, select the fields to add in the section and create a filter to define when to display the section, whom to show the section, and display section depending on the what factors.

The more fields on your page layout, the more the Record Detail component becomes a monolithic block of fields that you can't customize. Dynamic Forms breaks the Record Detail component on your Lightning pages into individual field and section components that you can put anywhere on the page.

Conditional fields allow you to manage sets of dependencies between fields. Such fields are available for editing and display only if the right condition is met. To create conditional fields, you must first create custom fields and then leverage such fields in forms.
