Add a row or columnClick where you want in your table to add a row or column and then click the Layout tab (this is the tab next to the Table Design tab on the ribbon).To add rows, click Insert Above or Insert Below and to add columns, click Insert Left or Insert Right.

You can also right-click a cell in the Table Layout area and click Add > Columns To > Header. The Add Columns to Header dialog box appears. Type the number of columns to add in the Count text box. Click OK.

To add columns to a document: Select the Page Layout tab, then click the Columns command. A drop-down menu will appear. Select the number of columns you want to create. The text will format into columns.

Just add an extra formula rule to the row(s) you would like to exclude. Set the formula to TRUE and tick the Stop If True option. This rule should be on top of the rule list.
