Arrange Columns Paper For Free

You need to create a new list of your columns in the desired order, then use df = dfcols to rearrange the columns in this new order.

Click the Page Layout tab, and then select Columns.... Choose the format of your columns. You can select a preset, automatically formatted number of columns with equal spacing by clicking One, Two, Three, or Four. You can also manually select the number, width, and spacing of the columns by clicking More columns....

Double-check the column settings you have in place to make sure the formatting is configured as required. Select the section of the text you're working with, then choose "Columns" and "More Columns" from the Page Layout menu tab.
