There's no direct feature within Instagram to re-order your Instagram Highlights, but there is a hack to get the job done! To highlight text in a Word document, select the text you want to highlight. By default, the Text Highlight Color button in the Font section on the Home tab highlights the text in yellow when you click it. If you want to use a different color, click the down arrow on the right side of the button.
