Even better, iOS will now arrange notifications by priority using on-device intelligence. The most urgent notifications will be delivered right away like messages from people, while others may be added to the notification summary.

You can do this by:Go to settings.Click on 'Sounds and Notifications' under Device settings.Scroll down and you will find 'App notifications'. Click on that.Over here you can select the apps and enable 'Set as priority' to show the notifications from these apps first on the notification bar.

Android's notifications settings provide several levels of control over app alerts, including priority preferences. On an Android phone's Apps & Notifications screen, tap an app's icon to get to its App Info page. Next, tap App Notifications to get to all the controls for how that app can alert you.

Swipe down to see notifications. Swipe a conversation partially to the left until you see the Settings icon (shaped like a gear). Tap the Settings icon. Tap the priority level you want: Priority, Default, or Silent.

Start the Settings app. Tap "Apps & notifications." Tap "Conversations." At the top of the page, you can change the message priority (which determines how it appears in the Conversation notification).

To change the order in which app alerts are displayed, go back to the main Notifications settings screen, tap Sort by Time, then tap the Edit button in the top corner of the display. See those little handles next to the name of each Included app? Tap, hold and drag to rearrange them.
