Assign Chart License For Free

In the Microsoft 365 admin center, go to Billing > Purchase services. At the bottom of the Purchase services page, select Add-ons. Select Extra Graph Connector Capacity. Select Buy, and then complete your order preferences.

To assign a license to a user On the Products page, select the name of the license plan you want to assign to the user. After you select the license plan, select Assign. On the Assign page, select Users and groups, and then search for and select the user you're assigning the license.

Select Azure Active Directory > Users, and then open the Profile page for a user. Select Licenses. Select Assignments to edit license assignment for the user or group.

Assign per user licenses to user Sign in to the Microsoft 365 admin center, select Users > Active users. Select the user to whom you'll assign the license. Select Licenses and apps. Select the checkbox for the license you want to assign to the user, and then save your changes.

You can find license assignment information in the Billing section of the Office 365 Admin Center (select Licenses ? Figure 1). The Office 365 Admin Center also supports the option of exporting license information, but only after you choose a specific license.

You can remove Office 365 licenses from users and either assign them to another user or have them deleted from your subscription. When you remove the license, all that user's data is held for 30 days. You can access the data, or restore the account if the user comes back.

Sign in to windows365.microsoft.com with an Azure Active Directory (Azure AD) Global Administrator account. Select Your organization's Cloud PCs > Add a user. Choose Select products to see all available licenses that can be assigned to the user. Select the licenses that you want to assign to the user > Update.
