Attach Transcript For Free

Transcript Attachments Documents are sometimes required by other institutions to be sent as an attachment with your official transcript.Once you complete the transcript order, you will be asked to fax, mail, or email the attachment to our office along with the Cover Sheet provided by Credentials.

Click Add Attachment(s) to add your transcript. Type in a description for your file (Name of Institution and academic program level (i.e., Graduate, Undergraduate) is recommended). Click the Browse button and locate your transcript. Click Upload to add the file to your application.

When you are ready to send a transcript, you simply sign onto your Clearinghouse secure account, upload the file, and specify the recipient (consult the registry to obtain the recipient's identification number and file type). Each time you successfully upload a file, you will receive a confirmation email.

Official paper transcripts are sent in a sealed, signature-stamped envelope. An electronic transcript is considered OFFICIAL if the intended party is the direct email recipient. If emailed to the requestor, then forwarded, it is then considered UNOFFICIAL.

College transcripts are the closest thing a student has to a permanent record. They detail your academic history, including your grades, the courses you have completed, and whether or not you graduated.

Official transcript should be submitted by your counselor. If the counselor submits online, the transcript should be attached to your school forms. Otherwise, transcripts should be sent directly to the schools to which you are applying. Please contact each admissions office for the exact address or procedure.
