Bill Modify For Free

Click Purchases on the left side of your screen and select Bills. Find the bill you want to view or edit and click the arrow button to the right of the bill. Click View/Edit in the drop-down menu. In View/Edit mode you can edit sending details including: View/Edit any basic bill details including:

Select Bills in the navigation menu. Select Enter bill on either the Unpaid Bills tab or All Bills tab. Enter bill details. Select Save and close if you have no more bills to enter, or Save and next to enter the next bill.

Hover over Payables, click Bills. Click the Invoice Number of the bill whose amount requires change. An image of the bill will display on its own page, along with an Edit Splits box. Click Edit.

In the Business menu, select Invoices. Find and open the invoice. Click Invoice Options, then select Edit. Make your changes to the invoice. You can edit any field, and drag and drop invoice lines to reorder them. Click Update.

Go to the bills module and select the bill which needs to be duplicated. Select the More drop down and click on Clone. A new bill window will open up containing the details of the bill which is to be duplicated. Change any details if necessary and click on Save.

Add your company details in the From section, including the name, phone number, and address. Fill out your client's details in the For section, including name, email, and address. Add each line item, along with a description, rate, and quantity.

Hover over Payables, click Bills. Click the Invoice Number of the bill whose amount requires change. An image of the bill will display on its own page, along with an Edit Splits box. Click Edit.
