Note: For audit and security purposes, when a bill is deleted in Bill.com, it isn't completely deleted, but moved to inactive status. Inactive bills can't be paid unless they are reactivated. To deactivate a bill, you must have Manage bill/document permissions.

You can add attachments when creating, editing, or emailing invoices in Bill.com. You can also decide whether or not to share the documents with your customer. Size limit of attachments is 17MB.

Payments typically process in seconds, but it could take up to an hour to get the money in your bank account. In rare instances, an Instant Transfer via debit card can take up to 30 minutes. Bank holidays could also slow payments by up to a day.

Enable or disable auto-save Select Vendors in the navigation menu. Select the vendor name. Select Edit. Turn it on or off in the Auto-Save Bills section. Select Save.
