To add text, properties, or prompted entries into the title block, on the ribbon, click Sketch tab Create Panel Text . To insert an image in the title block, click Sketch tab Insert panel Image . After the title block is complete, right-click in the sketch window, and then click Save Title Block.

Move to the top of your document and right click in the top margin and then click on Edit Header that appears. Then insert the Title Block into the Header of the document.

On the Sheets tab, open the sheet on which you want to place the title block. Open the tool palette that contains the title block tool you want to use. Specify the insertion point for the title block. If necessary, specify the scale and rotation of the title block.

There are three sizes of title blocks: a block used for A-, B-, C-, and G-size drawings, a slightly larger block for D-, E-, F-, H-, J-, and K-size drawings, and a vertical title block. The vertical title block format must be used for all 22-in.
