Go into the Workbench and highlight the person you want to move. There will be an option to move that person if they can be moved. Sadly the Long's cannot be moved, so (and this will be hard to hear) you cannot move them to your new settlement, you will be forced to leave the loving couple behind.

Open the Workshop menu and walk up to the settler you want to move. Move command should show up in the bottom command menu. Once you press it you will get a list of available settlements and the settler will go there. Just make sure you have enough resources at the target settlement to support new population.

Simply called Transfer Settlements, the mod allows you to export your settlement design into external data files. These files are called blueprints, and anyone else running the mod can then import them into their own game.

Here's how the Transfer Settlements mod works. After you install the mod, you'll find a holotape in your inventory (you can also craft the tape at a chemistry station, if you prefer a little DIY). Load the tape while in one of your settlements, and you'll be able to create a blueprint of your entire settlement.
