They are the pictorial record of the official design for the building, and generally include detailed depictions of every element of the finished building including the foundation, floor, walls, elevations, interior details and elevations, cabinetry, MEP design, structural details, and ceiling plans.

To obtain copies of blueprints, this Department requires: Written authorization from the property owner. The licensed architect/engineer of record. A copy of a current owner's grant deed. Permit Drawings means Subtenant's plans and specifications for the Subtenant Approved Alterations to be submitted to the applicable municipal authority for its review and approval in order for Subtenant to obtain all requisite permits required to lawfully commence construction of the Subtenant Approved Alterations.
