Blueprint Number Settlement For Free

There are 30 places in Fallout 4 that contain a Workshop and consequently allow you to build stuff there or send recruited companions or people to these places (here's how to find companions in settlements).

Blueprints is a paper note in Fallout 4.

Early in the game, players will be tasked with creating a new home base for themselves and other survivors in the form of a settlement. Settlements can be created wherever a Workshop is located. The Workshop allows you to build and move objects throughout the area within the green Workshop boundary.

All you need to do is use the tape at your settlement, and wait for it to export. You'll find the blueprints under Data\\F4SE\\Plugins\\TransferSettlements\\blueprints in your Fallout 4 installation folder. You can grab the mod from here. The link also has other tips to better utilise the mod.

It just gets lower and lower, and if the happiness reaches zero, you'll no longer have control over the settlement, and you'll get a notifcation "X settlement is no longer allied to you", but that only happens when people live in said settlement.

Fallout 4 mod lets you export and share your settlements with other players. Scan your settlement and create a blueprint that can be imported into another player's game.The only thing your blueprint can't grab (at least not yet) are power lines. Close your Pip-boy and it'll export your settlement into a blueprint file

Building a settlement is the biggest new addition to Fallout 4, and sadly, the game doesn't really hold your hand when it comes to building your very own town. Sure, it's great that the game gives players so much freedom, but it doesn't necessarily do the best job of explaining everything.

As discussed here, if you don't defend your settlements the attackers will potentially kill the settlers present at that settlement (assuming the settlers are themselves unable to repel the attackers) and damage certain properties, for example seems that this defences (guard towers and turrets) and resource generators
