The MIT License, created at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, in the late '80s, is one of the most permissive free software licenses. Basically, you can do whatever you want with software licensed under the MIT license as long as you add a copy of the original MIT license and copyright notice to it.

Go to preferences -> Java -> Code Style -> Code Templates, expands Code and select New Java Files, edit the template to add whatever copyright messages you want. Now, that copyright message will be injected on every newly created Java class.

You have to set this for every project, but once it is set, it should automatically be inserted at the top of every new file created in that project.
