Build Page Break Form For Free - Build Form

In your WordPress menu, add a new Page or Post. In the editor, click on the orange Cog-icon for Cognito Forms. Select the form name from the drop down and click Insert Form. The plugin inserts the Cognito Forms short code for you.

Page Breaks are most often used before the start of a new chapter (such as before the text of Chapter 2 begins). Page Breaks also continue the same formatting and are within the same section of the document.

Short forms are more understandable and easier to go through. That's why you can divide one big form into several parts. With the help of Form Break Field, not only can you visually separate different parts but also make those parts appear after filling in the previous part.

To add pages to your form:Open the form builder.Insert a Page Break field where you want to add a new page. From the Form settings section, you can edit page titles, display a progress bar, and display page numbers at the bottom of each page.Save your changes.

TextboxesGo the the Insert tab and select the Shapes option.Use the Rectangle shape to create a basic textbox. You can also use the Rounded Rectangle shape to create a textbox with rounded corners.Right click the textbox and select Add text.Add your desired text (like a field name and field token) into the textbox.

Insert a page breakOpen the report in Design view.On the Design tab, in the Controls group, click Insert Page Break.Click the location where you want to place the page break control. Access indicates the page break with a short line on the left edge of the report.
