If you move an automatic page break, it becomes a manual break. You cannot delete an automatic page break. If you delete all manual page breaks, this resets the spreadsheet to display automatic breaks.

Select the row before which you want to insert a page break. Go to Page Layout tab. In Page Setup group, click on Breaks and then click on Insert Page Break. You can insert Page Breaks at different rows or columns.

Move a page breakOn the View menu, click Normal.Rest the pointer on the page break line until the pointer changes to a. , and then drag the page break line to a new location. If manual page breaks that you add don't work, you may have the Fit To scaling option selected (Page Layout tab -> Page Setup group -> click Dialog Box Launcher Button image -> Page). Change the scaling to Adjust to instead.

Although you can work with page breaks in Normal view, we recommend that you use Page Break Preview view to adjust page breaks so that you can see how other changes that you make (such as page orientation and formatting changes) affect the automatic page breaks.

Go to Layout > Breaks > Page.Click or tap in the document where you want a page break.Go to Insert > Page Break.
