Change Comment Release For Free

There is no way to omit the date and time from a comment; the inclusion of this information seems to be hard-wired into Word. The only way to do it is to remove metadata from the document, which may actually be overkill.

Go to find Comment Text and move cursor over it. When you see the upside-down triangle button on the style name, click it. And choose Modify. Now in Modify Style box, change the style formatting and click OK to save the change.

Remove comments from a Word documentTo delete a single comment in the document, right-click the comment, and choose Delete Comment.To delete all the comments in the document, go to the Review tab, click the down-arrow on Delete, and choose Delete All Comments in Document.

If all text is smaller than expected, perhaps you need to change the zoom. You can drag the Zoom Slider at the bottom right of the Word window.

Display changes by type of edit or by reviewerOn the Review tab, go to Tracking and select Show Markup.Do one of the following: Select the type of change that you want to display. For example, select Comments, Insertions and Deletions, or Formatting. The check mark next to the item indicates that the item is selected.

Open the document you want to mark as final, click "File" and then select "Info" from the left pane. Click the "Protect Document" button and then choose "Mark as Final" from the menu. Click "OK" when Word warns you that the document will be marked as final and then saved. The Save As window is displayed automatically.

Insert a commentSelect the text or item that you want to comment on, or click to insert the cursor near the text that you want to comment on.On the Review tab, under Comments, click New.Type the comment text in the comment balloon.

To resolve a comment, chose the comment you want to resolve. Select the Review tab on the ribbon. Select the Resolve button. Comments can also be resolved by right-clicking them and selecting Resolve Comment from the contextual menu.

Click the Show Markup menu on the Tracking section of the ribbon, then uncheck any boxes to hide those markups from the Word document.

Remove tracked changesClick at the beginning of the document.On the Review tab, go to Changes.Select Accept or Reject. As you accept or reject changes, Word will move to the next change.Repeat until you've removed all changes in the document.
