If you have access rights to view tables in SAP, use transaction code SE16. Relevant tables are CDHDR (Change document header) and CDPOS (Change document positions). If you want to see the values that have been changed, use table CDPOS. If you know the number of the change document itself, use the filter 201eCHANGENR.
