MyChart Bedside allows patients to view in real time information on their vital signs, laboratory results, medical procedures, and medications. It also allows patients to learn about their care team, request services, and access educational information.

Option 1: Hover over Health and then click on View Current Health Issues (or click on Health Summary in the app). Click on the printer icon at the top right (or make a screenshot if you are on your phone). You can print this information, and show it as proof of your eligibility at your vaccination appointment.

You may print your Health Summary, Medications, and Immunizations. Click on the section you wish to view. Click on the Printer Friendly Page link to print the report you are viewing.

Log into your MyChart account. Click on the Messaging tab. Click on Ask Your Care Team. Type in your message and click on Send.

Review letters sent to you by your doctor's office, including health reminder letters, result letters, and general letters. Select a past appointment to view the After Visit Summary. Go to Health> Download My Record and click Visit Records.
