Go to Tx- VA03 and open the sales order header and the amount and currency changed.

On the SAP FIORI dashboard, navigate to Define Currency Settings for Ledgers and Company Codes under Finance -> General Settings -> Currencies. Double-click the resource to open the Resource Information dialog box, and then click the Costs tab. Under Cost rate tables, click the A (Default) tab, and then type a rate in the Standard Rate column. In the next row, type a value or percentage change from the previous rate in the Standard Rate column.
