Fax numbers are localized to specific regions where you want to send or receive fax documents. For example, if you do business in area code 555, your fax number will begin with 555 and be followed by the standard seven digits of a phone number, so a fax number example would be 555-123-4567.

The easiest way to check your RightFax version is to: Open Enterprise Fax Manager Click on Fax Servers (Depending on your version, this may be listed as Servers) Your available servers will appear on the right hand side of the window. You will see your RightFax version where it says Version.
