In order to select and use appropriate texts for your students, you will need to draw on your detailed understanding of your students' individual learning needs, skills, interests, and knowledge both of texts and of the world. You will also take account of each student's identity, language, and culture.

Use online databases to find articles in journals, newspapers, and magazines (periodicals). You can search for periodical articles by the article author, title, or keyword by using databases in your subject area in Databases.

Type or copy/paste the article title into SuperSearch. You can paste an entire citation, but you may need to remove the volume, issue, and page numbers for best results. In the results list, look for your article and a Full text options link. Click that link for a list of sources that can provide full text access.
