So to remove a custom field from a folder, a list, go into some random area in your ClickUp account and manage your custom fields. Wherever you can manage them, look for existing custom fields and you will see the option to kind of remove custom fields from specific locations.

When you delete a custom field, all of the field history data is deleted and changes are no longer tracked. A background process periodically runs that cleans up metadata associated with deleted custom fields.

To delete a custom object: From the object management settings for custom objects, click Del next to the object that you want to delete.

You cannot retrieve deleted customer updates. Same here as commented by Chuck. You can do an update set/xml import if the same customer updates exists on a different instance.

The right to get your data deleted is also known as the 'right to erasure'. You can ask an organisation that holds data about you to delete that data. In some circumstances, they must then do so. You may sometimes hear this called the 'right to be forgotten'.
