To make a different footer in Word for odd and even pages: Click on the Insert menu. Click on Footer. Choose the footer style that you want to use. If you don't want to use any of the footer styles, click on Edit Footer. Check the Different Odd & Even Pages checkbox.

Select Layout > Breaks > Next Page. Double-click the header or footer on the first page of the new section. Click Link to Previous to turn it off and unlink the header or footer from the previous section. Note: Headers and footers are linked separately.

So as long as each page is in its own section you can have as many footers as you want. Just remember to create a new section break at the bottom of every page.
