To merge invoices together, use the advanced invoice search to filter invoices by customer, then select the invoices you need to combine from the list and press the Merge Invoices link that appears in the checkbox at the top of the invoices list.

Combine Multiple Invoices Into One Go to Transactions > Invoices. Click Combine Invoices. Select the customer that you want to invoice. Check the box next to the invoices you want to combine. Click Combine Selected Invoices.

QuickBooks Desktop for Windows Go to Lists, then select the list that has the entries you want to merge. Copy the name of the entry you want to keep. Right-click the entry you don't want to use, then select Edit. Paste the name you copied, then select Save & Close.

However, if you want to send a joint or combined invoice to QuickBooks Online, you can use the option Send joint invoices as single invoice to QuickBooks in Integrations > QuickBooks > QuickBooks Sync Detail > Sync Settings > Send under the Invoice drop-down.

Here's how: Go to the Sales menu and proceed to the Invoices tab. Look for the invoice and click on it. Select Edit invoice in the lower-right hand corner. Add the products or service items from the second invoice. Click Save and send.
