Elkoss Combine produces Assassin Armor and Gladiator Armor for humans and turians. An armory license for Elkoss Combine can be purchased from Expat in the Citadel's Wards, or from Delan in the Citadel's Presidium, or from Opold on Noveria for 100 credits.
