Microsoft Teams does not offer a way to download the chat history in bulk. However, you can export individual conversations by right-clicking on the conversation and selecting "Export Chat History" from the drop-down menu.

If the transcript is issued to you in a sealed envelope, it is acceptable for you to open it for the purpose of uploading. Make one PDF for each institution listed on the upload site, even if it includes multiple pages, translations, a legend, degree certificate, or diploma. Please keep your transcript pages in order.

On your Mac, open the document you want to save as a PDF. Choose File > Print. Click the PDF pop-up menu, then choose Save as PDF. Choose a name and location for the PDF file.
